The world crisis was hitting hard on most countries – but it is evident that Estonia is standing out from all others in their efforts facing the challenges. The results are speaking for themselves. This is why we have organized the conference, with key note speakers that will provide you with insight of the Estonian model – from political and business point of view. What are the key points of the winning strategy of the Estonian Society? The Nordic welfare model is facing some extraordinary challenges in the years to come. We love simplicity! Simple, food made with passion and out of fresh ingredients. We don't like complexity! Flamboyant service and sky-rocking prices are not for us. We just want to offer and eat good food. Leib is essential and has a cruscial role in our restaurant. Bread is the soul of food. We offer hand-made bread aside to natural, local food. Isn't that simple? That's why Leib Resto ja Aed was established. It's a place where we would gladly dine ourselves on a daily basis. We are concentrated on Estonian products, and everything nature can offer. That is why we cooperate with local farmers, fishermen and small producers. We want to offer the possibility to local people to discover the old town of Tallinn, which has turned into international turism meka.
