Jeppe lives in Denmark, but he works as a consultant for an advertisement agency located in Estonia. Gustaf lives in Sweden and works as an IT-department manager for logistics company located in Estonia. Gustaf regularly visits the company’s headquarters in Estonia. Vincent lives and works mostly in Pärnu, he’s a sales manager for a local production company. His home and family are in Italy. Krista is sent to work in Netherlands for two years by her Estonian employer. All of their employers had to deal with questions related to employment law, health insurance and tax law.

NJORD’s Attorneys at Law Katrin Sarap, Triinu Hiob and Lawyer Anne-Lii Kask will give an overview about what to pay attention to in those situations and what to keep in mind when hiring from abroad or sending an employee to work abroad.
