Dear Members and Friends of DECC!

Christmas time is over us and we can see the end of 2020 getting closer!

Every Dane knows what hygge is, and in the darkness of winter in Estonia it is perfect for family-hygge - gather around the candlelight, decorate for Christmas, bake the peberkager and æbleskiver, make some hot gløgg and enjoy the time together.

Covid19 has taken a toll on all of us, and many of the plans with have had in DECC had to be cancelled or postponed, but at the same time we are here for our members, we are still open for business and you are always welcome to contact Anneli and me for help or advice or good ideas for future events in DECC and FICE.

We had to cancel our Christmas Party, and that is a shame! But remember that you can still bring the party to your own home by ordering food and drinks, please see the details further down in the newsletter!

Already now plans are being made for post-Covid19, and we continue with our focus areas Nordic Management and Green Energy. At the same time, plans for fairs to promote Estonia in Denmark is ongoing with more information following in the new year.

Please follow the instruction given by the Estonian and Danish governments and keep yourself updated on the official government homepages.

Have a Merry Christmas month and enjoy the time with your family and good friends. See you all soon in 2021!

Best regards

Peter Thomsen
Chairman of the Council
