April 18, a Spanish representative of Basque traditional food and wines, Mr Juan Pablo Marques was in Estonia to introduce the national heritage products wines and paella with modern touch. A group of over 40 people had gathered in enthusiasm to find out the secret of Spanish cuisine. As to our great surprise, logistics had played a deviltry and the products to be presented had not arrived. Nevertheless, Mr Marques had got his "hands full of flour" and was presenting his skills in cooking. Tasty, tasty, tasty!
