Danish Song Evening

On Thursday this week, December 29th at 19:00 you're invited to a Danish Music evening at Rocca Al Mare Gymnasium!
The performer is a Dane living in Estonia for more than 15 years – Jens Christiansen who has said that it was now time to realise his dream. "My idea is to gather people with passion for music and singing. The idea is to have fun together with singing and playing Danish songs," says Jens, who is passionate about singing and playing guitar.
Mr Christiansen's children attend Rocca Al Mare Gymnasium and he invites everyone to attend the event who enjoys music. He says: "You don’t have to know Danish or be a professional singer for attending. But I will ask you at least to move your lips!"
Mr Christiansen has prepared a number of well-known Danish songs with lyrics and notes. But also encourages participants to contact him with special wishes for songs to be sang, or in case you want to bring along your own musical instrument.
The event is free of charge for adults and children – with relations to RaM Kool and Danish Estonian Chamber of Commerce. For others the participation fee is 5 EUR. The income though goes 100% to charity.
